The Expanded flat overdriven features both the expander and flattener to give you a reasonably quiet, secure piece of machinery. The low vibrations are achieved by the extra weight of the flattener rolls which are incorporated into the expander frame, this design will ensure quality material is processed and enhance overall performance. The easy and secure flow of the material into the flattener allows you to avoid any contact with the rolls or mesh. Widths are available up to 72 inches or 1.5 meters. This model also requires less space because of the compacted machinery layout.
